Returns and Replacements Policy:
Return Eligibility: We do not accept returns or replacements except in cases where the received product significantly deviates from the ordered product in terms of color or size. To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide an unedited and uninterrupted video of the unboxing process from start to finish.
Color and Size Differences: If the color or size of the received product differs noticeably from what was ordered, customers must provide clear video evidence of the unboxing process as outlined above to qualify for a replacement.
Computer-Generated Images Disclaimer: Please note that some products may feature computer-generated images for representation purposes. As a result, actual colors may slightly differ from what is displayed on our website or marketing materials.
Refund Policy:
Processing Time: Once an order is confirmed, processing begins within 2 to 1 hour. Due to this immediate processing, refunds are not offered once the order enters the processing stage.
